A STORY- something that never dies!

Storytelling has existed since the beginning of time and is common to all cultures. Storytelling is inseparable from the man – it is his equipment to deal with all that surrounds him... Storytelling in a contemporary format is implemented as a performative act clearly developing stories with densely interwoven meanings. We invite you to an event of bibliotherapy storytelling using the works of Clarissa Pinkola Estes and Dubravka Pađen Farkas and folk tales prepared by the young actors of the American Corner Subotica with Nevena Mlinko with the aim to mark the end of the American Corner Subotica Theatre season 2016/2017.

Wise and different stories about overcoming fears and feelings of abandonment, stories about love and other life values will complement the music of Ines and Darko Bajic Temunović.

The performances will be held on Friday, June 16th, at 20 pm on Petar Vukov’s farm in ĐURĐIN, and on Saturday, June 17th, at 20 pm in the courtyard of Hrvatska Čitaonica (adress: 21 Bela Gabric Street).

Admission is free and all are welcome to our story!
