Lecture: Applied Mentorship

On Friday, September 27, at 6 PM, at the American Corner Novi Sad, we invite you to attend a lecture titled "Applied Mentorship".

We can define a mentoring relationship as a relational experience in which a more experienced leader transfers the resources (experience, relationships, knowledge, advice) available to the less experienced. The lecture will cover two topics - character development and leadership integrity and how mentoring helps in the process, as well as practical steps for developing a mentoring relationship.

The lecture will be delivered by Rick Lewis, an expert who holds a PhD in Mentor Relations in Leadership Building at Fuller College of Theology. Lewis is primarily a mentor and serves over 70 leaders in Australia, Southeast Asia, the UK and Europe.

The lecture will be in English, with a Serbian interpretation. Lecture applications are made HERE.

See you at the Corner!
