Young Adult Book Club: Eleanor & Park

American Corner Belgrade, Makedonska 22/I
Monday, May 27th at 5 PM

Love story "Eleanor and Park" written by modern American writer Rainbow Rowell talks about two misfits who are smart enough to know that first love almost never lasts, but also brave and desperate enough to at least try. "Eleanor and Park" is the atypical story of love between two teenagers and domestic violence, but also a very optimistic and positive book that talks about hope and the ability of two people to protect each other. The author in this book is talking about family and peer violence at school, but also about how some of today's families can raise beautiful, sympathetic and smart people.
